Majorelle Gardens

It’s nearly impossible not to be overwhelmed by the color and beauty packed into the twelve acres of Majorelle Gardens. Designed in the 1920s by French painter Jacques Majorelle then rescued and renovated by fashion designer Yves St. Laurent, the garden makes generous use of ‘Majorelle Blue’ on the permanent fixtures throughout the garden. As you wander through lush foliage along the garden’s pathways, you’ll see plants from various corners of the world as well as lovely water features that combine to make Majorelle Gardens a peaceful respite for the weary traveler.
